showName was urllib quoted, json results are not.
Also user/pass was not being used for single show update
Made some improvements like trying a json request that returns 1 show with all the info we need
TODO: Change providers over from urllib2 to requests

Shuffle torrent file cache server urls for each provider instance on startup to spread the load around.
Only set Content-Type in the headers when we are posting data (logins etc)
