Added post processing API v2 handler

Refactored API v1 series provider id options to lower-case and then convert to upper-case for enum compatibility
Fixed misc issues with API v1 related to retrieving show images

Added JWT token expiration checks for SR API, will refresh token if nearing expiration automatically.

Refactored linking and unlinking of app to SR api not to logout, this keeps the offline token active in the SSO server to be re-used between multiple app instances.

Refactored offline tokens to be created by exchanging UI login tokens either on first login or when linking app to API

Fixed issues with updating app server id through SR API.
