Post processing deletes file instead of copying or moving it

I found a bug where I watched the processing of an episode. It said "processing failed" for no reason, then decided to delete the file instead. I get this often where I miss episodes because the post-processing has failed to copy or move a file and instead deletes it.

Could you check the file integrity after a copy or move to ensure its in the right place before deleting it?

I don't know if this is related, but I noted this usually happens when the Episode is already marked as downloaded with a file path link to the file inside the "completed" folder INSTEAD of only accepting file locations within the series folder path.
