Web UI on new/clean Windows 7 install not responding "This site can’t be reached, ERR_ADDRESS_INVALID"

(Summarize the bug encountered concisely) New user here. Running Windows 7 Pro Installed this morning and it ran first time, no issues. Had some issues with my utorrent and sabnzbd but turned off sabnzbd and utorrent and went to qbittorrent. SR and Qbit were running for about an hour and I then left for 2 hours and when returned could not get into WebUI. SR Service seems to be running (can net stop/start it). did a full uninstall of SR and re-installed, no change. re-re-installed no change. ran requirement.txt all satisfied sickrage.error.log
Looked at log files, I can't see anything wrong.
I sent over an hour going through your forum and couldn't find anything like this.
Any help is appreciated.
